Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
•Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department;
•Developing the marketing strategy for the restaurant in line with restaurants objectives;
•Overseeing the restaurant’s marketing budget;
•Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans;
•Planning and implementing promotional campaigns;
•Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results;
•Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity;
•Preparing online and print marketing campaigns;
•Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications;
•Creating a wide range of different marketing materials;
•Working closely with designers and assisting with new product launches;
•Coordinate operations between departments;
•Teach/coach and document employees who fail to meet standards to maintain a high quality workforce;
•Present a professional image to employees, guests, owners and investors;
•Attend client functions and designated parties to provide support, ensure guest satisfaction and promote future business;
•Build business/market share by thinking of new ways to promote the restaurants and by participating in local events to increase sales and profits;
•Develop and maintain positive relationships with the business and social community;
•Understand and communicate marketing strategy and objectives to the CEO, restaurant management and staff;
•Work as a team, helping all employees to complete the required activities that ensure we blow away guest expectations.
•Minimum 3 years of senior level experience in marketing, advertising, public relations (preference will be given to experience in HORECA);
•MBA degree (preferable on Marketing or PR);
•Fluent Azerbaijani, advanced English and Russian language skills;
•Strong leadership behaviors coupled with the technical skill set to drive the business toward success;
•Must possess strong communication. Ability to maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
•Ability to comprehend and use technical or professional language, either written or spoken, to communicate complex ideas;
•Confident and dynamic personality;
•Strong creative outlook.
