Etika academy - security training

Under the co-operation of the Saffron Restaurant Group and the Ethics Academy, the security personnel of our restaurants were engaged on trainings under the name "First 5 Minutes".
The main topics of the training; tag, courtesy rules, communication mechanisms, speech and tactics to overcome dissatisfaction.
The main purpose of the training is to ensure that the service level is constantly upgraded based on the principle of "not a customer but a guest".
