İŞ YERLƏRİN ŞƏRHİ
Pastry cook
Candidate will need to have a full knowledge of the pastry menu as well as general pastry techniques. He/she must also have the ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fact paced environment.
Assistant Manager
Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing all facets of the outlet. Candidate must maintain and control a high level of guest service. He/she is also responsible for the hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining of the staff.
Bar Manager
Bar Manager must have a thorough knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, menu writing, merhcandising and accounting. Exceptional knowledge of food & beverage, have creativity and flair, and are able to evidence good business acumen, a strong work ethic and people-management skills are essential.
General Manager
The GM manages the Bar & Restaurant Operation. The primary responsibilities for this position are to ensure our guest receive the highest level of food quality and service, manage and develop a team, devise and monitor an annual budget, manage labor control and operating expenses and develop relationships with key suppliers and industry associates.
Cooks (all levels)
The cooks are responsible for preparing the mise en place, working the service and maintaining the quality and standards of the restaurant.
Server
The Server's responsibility is to serve guests in an accommodating and professional manner and to ensure total guest satisfaction. The server is responsible for a specific station and should always be present on the floor making sure that service runs smoothly. The server will be knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, and service in general. He/she will be the main personal contact and ambassador to guide guests through their meal.
